THE RIGHT SIDE IS STRONGER THAN THE LEFT
I recently started working out with a trainer. I couldn’t zip my jackets! But the main reason was that I was having pain in my knee and my shoulder and back. I was just not feeling right. I felt that the muscles around my left were really week and not supporting my knee.
I wasn’t sure that I could afford it, but it is one of the best decision that I’ve made. For several reasons: it is very easy for me to be lackadaisical at the gym - My trainer has a workout plan for me so I don’t have to think about it. Also, it is different every time so I don’t get bored. The best thing about it is that he tells me how to adjust my body so I am actually working the correct muscle.
What I discovered is that the right side of my body does all the work. My left side is completely useless! My trainer has me isolate each side, so both sides are being worked.
